• Badges only. No medical labels public. Communication-style badges signal your needs without naming a diagnosis. Most members start here.
• Quiet profile. Bio focuses on hobbies, values, and pacing. Disclosure happens privately in chat when you choose. Best for members worried about workplace overlap or family privacy.

Sharing your disability on your terms

Profiles include an optional disclosure field - sometimes called "Deets" in the broader disabled dating community - where members can pick from a vague, normalized list of terms (mobility impairment, immunocompromised, food allergy, neurodivergent, wheelchair user, AAC user) or write in their own. The point is to make disclosure feel like an ice-breaker, not a medical chart. You're never required to fill it in.
