How to reach us
The fastest way to reach us is email. We list separate addresses below for general support, accessibility issues, and press - pick whichever fits, and if you guess wrong we will quietly forward it. Nothing breaks.
If your message is about a safety incident, harassment, or a profile that needs immediate review, please use the in-app report button first. That route reaches our moderation queue directly and is handled within 24 hours. Email is great for everything else.
General support
For account questions, billing, technical issues, or just to tell us something is broken, write to general support. Include a short description and, if you can, the device and browser you were using. That helps us reproduce things faster.
When to expect a reply
We are honest about timing because waiting in silence is its own kind of stress, especially for disabled and dating members who have already been ghosted by a dozen apps. Here is what realistic looks like for us right now:

If you have not heard back after three business days, please write again - your message may have caught a spam filter. We would rather see a duplicate than miss you.
Accessibility support channel
Accessibility is built into every layer of Fast Dating Chat - image descriptions, color contrast that meets WCAG 2.2, simple UI, and enhanced screen-reader support. When something falls short of that standard, we want to know directly. We treat accessibility bugs as priority issues, not feature requests.
You do not need to use technical language. "The Join button is hard to find with VoiceOver" is a perfect bug report. So is "I cannot read the dark text on the dark background." Tell us what you experienced and we will translate it into a fix.
Press and partnerships
For interview requests, podcast bookings, founder commentary, disability advocacy collaborations, or partnership ideas, please write to our press address. We respond to journalists on deadline within one business day and can share a media kit, founder bios, anonymized member statistics, and approved imagery on request.
Mailing address
For legal notices, certified mail, or the occasional handwritten thank-you card from a member who got married - yes, those happen - you can reach us by post.

Before you write: a quick reminder
Our team is small and disabled-led. We will read your message with care, and we ask the same in return. Threats, slurs, ableist language, or harassment toward staff result in an account ban, the same as on the platform itself. We believe reporters by default and we apply our community guidelines to our inbox too.
If you need to report another member, the in-app flow is faster than email. You can report posts and messages for harassment or bullying, inappropriate content, misinformation, abusive content, suspicious or spam content, or any other reason. Blocking a member removes them from your friends list, hides their posts, blocks messaging and group invites, and sends a report to our moderation team - all in one tap.
