Do I have to disclose my disability in my profile?
No. Disclosure is your choice. Many members use communication-style badges (text-first, slow-paced, voice-optional) to share access needs without naming a diagnosis. Others list their disability openly. Both are equally welcome.
When should I disclose?
Disability advocates recommend a three-stage model. Stage 1 (profile) is optional but lets you self-select for compatibility. Stage 2 (early conversation) is where you share access needs that affect a planned date - like venue accessibility - before you meet. What are communication-style badges?
Small, neutral labels you add to your profile that signal how you prefer to communicate - for example "text-first", "slow-paced", "voice notes welcome", "direct language", or "captions on". They let you set expectations without medicalized labels. Most members find badges reduce mismatch and protect energy.
What if I don't want to disclose at all?
That's fine. Many members never disclose a specific diagnosis and still build healthy connections. The platform is designed so accessibility features (screen reader, captions, reduced motion) work whether or not you tell anyone you use them.
Safety, devotees, and reporting

How do I report someone?
Every profile and every message has a Report button. Reports are reviewed by a human within 24 hours. If a fetishizing or harassing message is confirmed, the account is removed and IP-flagged so the same person cannot easily return under a new name. You can also block someone instantly without filing a report.
What counts as a bannable offense?
Devotee or fetishizing language, intrusive medical questions after refusal, ableist slurs, unsolicited explicit content, scam patterns, impersonation, and harassment. See Safety & Privacy for the full policy.
Will my data be sold or shared?
No. We do not sell member data to brokers, advertisers, or third parties. You can request a full data export or full account deletion at any time, and we honor deletion within 30 days.

How do I cancel premium or delete my account?
Premium can be cancelled in Settings → Billing in two taps; access continues until the end of the paid period and is not auto-renewed without consent. Account deletion is in Settings → Account → Delete; deletion is permanent within 30 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Premium subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support and we'll process it within two business days.
Can I pause my profile instead of deleting it?
Yes. Settings → Privacy → Pause hides your profile from search and matches without deleting your data. Toggle it back on whenever you're ready.
I forgot my password - what now?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We send a reset link to your registered email. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support and we'll verify identity another way.
